There are three levels of registration fee: Corporate, Academic, and Student, plus a special Accompanying rate intended for spouses, guests, etc., who will not attend the scientific sessions but who wish to join the meals and social events. It is possible to register separately for the main conference or for the affiliated workshops (workshop registrants may choose which workshop to attend, and may switch between them). A combined registration for both conference and workshops is available at a discounted rate.
Early registration (on or before January 25, 2012)
Late registration (after January 25, 2012)
All prices are in US dollars.
Cancellations before January 25, 2012 will be refunded in full. Cancellations after that date will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 20, 2012.
At least one author for each accepted paper, poster or panel needs to register at Corporate or Academic rate.
A limited number of stipends to help defray the costs of attendance are available to full-time students with a paper accepted for presentation at the conference. To apply for a stipend, please contact the General Chair. Thanks to Google whose sponsorship funded a number of Google Student Awards.
Conference registration includes:
- conference materials;
- one year IFCA membership and admission to the IFCA General Meeting;
- a copy of the final conference proceedings;
- admission to the scientific and exhibition sessions (Monday–Thursday);
- lunch and coffee breaks (Monday–Thursday);
- all social events (Monday–Thursday, excluding Thursday reception).
Workshop registration includes:
- workshop materials;
- a copy of the final workshop proceedings;
- admission to the scientific and exhibition sessions (Friday);
- lunch and coffee breaks (Friday);
- Thursday reception.
The Accompanying rate does not include admission to the scientific sessions, IFCA membership, or proceedings, but does include:
- admission to the exhibition sessions (including the Rump Session);
- lunch (on the corresponding days);
- all social events (on the corresponding days).
All attendees are welcome at the registration reception on Sunday. The diving activities before the conference and the excursion on the Saturday after the conference are extra and require additional payment.
Registration is Closed
Privacy notice: we collect personal information for conference registration and IFCA membership purposes (you may elect not to be included on the list of participants, which is distributed to the conference attendees). It is our policy not to use this information for any other purposes and not to release the information to organizations or individuals other than those involved in organizing the conference. However, we will send address information to the publisher for the purpose of shipping the final proceedings. If you do not wish your address information to be sent to the publisher, we can arrange for special handling. There is an additional charge for this service, and it will result in a delay in the delivery of your copy of the proceedings.
